What this notice covers
The Alsaab store lets you browse the published collection, keep a bag, save favourites, create an account, save addresses and place cash-on-delivery orders. Wholesale enquiry and contact forms describe their own submission behaviour.

Your shopping collection
Guest bags and favourites are stored on this browser. When you sign in, those selections merge into your private account and are stored in our database so they are available on your other devices. Signing out separates your account collection from the guest bag. Language, currency and privacy preferences stay on this device.

Accounts, addresses and orders
Account creation sends your name, email and password to our authentication service. Passwords are hashed on the server. Email verification and recovery use email codes. Delivery details you save, and the address and items on an order, are stored in our database to provide your requested account and fulfilment services. Delivery addresses and passwords are not saved in browser local storage by this application.

Payments
Only cash on delivery is currently enabled. Online providers are shown as unavailable. This application does not collect card numbers, charge an online payment provider or store payment card details. Cash collection is recorded separately from order placement.

External services
Our hosting, database and email services process the requests needed to provide the store. Images may be served by ImageKit or other image hosts. Google Fonts provides typefaces; Google Sign-In is used if you choose that method and it is configured. These services receive connection information needed to deliver their content. No advertising or analytics integration is installed.

Storage and your choices
Essential browser storage supports requested shopping and display features. Optional recently viewed history remembers up to six product identifiers only when personalisation is allowed. You can turn that off in Cookie preferences. Clearing browser site data removes guest selections and local preferences; it does not delete account records stored in our database.

Managing your information
Use Your account to edit or remove saved addresses and review orders. You can remove favourites and bag items from their shopping pages. Contact Alsaab through the contact page for help with account data requests. Completed order records are separate from saved addresses; editing an address does not change an order already placed.

Security and updates
Sign-in credentials use HttpOnly session cookies. Customer APIs check the current signed-in account before reading or changing private records. Browser local storage contains shopping identifiers and preferences, not authentication credentials. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
